Steel Valley Kennels respects your privacy. This policy explains the information that may be collected when you use the Steel Valley Kennels app or website and how that information is used.
Information you provide
When you submit a puppy application, become an approved customer, communicate with the kennel, or complete a buyer contract, you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, application responses, customer information, contract information, typed legal name, electronic signature, and messages.
How information is used
We use this information to review puppy applications, communicate with customers, manage puppy placements, provide litter and buyer updates, maintain contracts and kennel records, and operate the Steel Valley Kennels customer experience.
Storage and service providers
App data may be stored using Apple iCloud and CloudKit. Some actions may open or use third-party services such as payment providers. Steel Valley Kennels does not collect or store your full payment-card number in the app.
Tracking and advertising
Steel Valley Kennels does not sell personal information and does not use your personal information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
Photos, camera, and files
If a feature lets you choose a photo, use the camera, or select a document, the selected content is used only for the feature you choose. The app does not access your entire photo library without your permission.
Retention
Information may be retained as needed to manage applications, customer relationships, contracts, legal obligations, kennel records, and legitimate business operations. You may contact us to ask about your information or request deletion where applicable.
Children
The app is intended for kennel customers and prospective puppy buyers and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
